Characteristics

• Fine dust particle ventilation filter for use as a bin vent filter in a modular system, consisting of an appropriate number of ECO filter cartridges or bag filter cartridges on a robust stainless steel (1.4301) base plate
• Easy access to filter cartridges via hinged side door
• Filter cartridges are removed by pulling downwards, meaning there is no need for additional space above the filter.
• Cylindrical stainless steel (1.4301) filter housing, standard housing height 1,000 mm
• ECO filter cartridges with diameter of 120 mm (DEB)
• Filter head with clean gas chamber and air jet pipes for de-dusting of the filter cartridges
• Compressed air reservoir container with pneumatic diaphragm valves, that have magnetic pilot valves (24 V DC) integrated in the controller
• De-dusting with purified, de-oiled air compressed up to 6 bar
• Filter cartridges made from anti-static polyester fleece with PTFE membrane or aluminum coating (dust class “M” in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69)
• Microprocessor control system
