Volta FHK - Fhk Flange Heater

Volta flange heaters are used for the efficient and direct heating of liquids. The electrical heating elements offer high resistance to mechanical loads and corrosion even with aggressive media and demanding flow conditions. This is ensured, among other things, by high tube wall thicknesses of up to 2mm.

Compressed or exchangeable electrical heating elements are available. Thanks to a modular structure, both the standard sizes and a wide range of variations with individual tension, power, load and immersion depth are possible. Depending on the customer's needs, either model series can be defined individually or there is a design that is optimized for each project. The design at Volta is carried out according to the relevant framework conditions and process parameters.
